The Restaurant la Cuisine (literally the kitchen) is a small, but refined Parisian eatery in the heart of the government district of Paris. La cuisine is not just a destination for government officials or business clients having serious meetings, they also cater to friends and families and are open on Sundays. The restaurant is managed by a couple who are passionate about their profession and have turned this small restaurant into one of the favourites of the area. The small dining area is simply but elegantly decorated with beautiful glasses and candles. The menu is classic French fare with a little creativity from the chef. As with all good French eateries the menu evolves with the seasons relying only on fresh produce available at market.
